Marketplaces

Reach, volume and aggregated insight on third-party platforms.

Feeds the hub

Insight on search, baskets, reviews and repeat buying. Gets D2C pricing and bundle tests back.

How it works in the model

Third-party marketplaces where the brand is seller of record (e.g., Amazon Seller, Zalando Partner Program). The brand owns the sale and the price. The platform owns the customer and most of the data.

Benefits: reach and volume; monetising existing demand; aggregated insight for assortment, pricing and content; reviews and Q&A as product feedback.

How it feeds the hub

1. Build lifetime value on the platform. Brand Store with Brand Follow. Subscribe & Save for refills. Brand Tailored Promotions for repeat buyers and cart abandoners. Routine bundles. KPIs: repeat purchase rate, Subscribe & Save subscribers.

2. Take insight, not personal data. Brand Analytics: Search Query Performance and Top Search Terms, Market Basket Analysis, Repeat Purchase Behavior, Demographics. Amazon Marketing Cloud for privacy-safe, aggregated analysis.

3. Close the loop. Amazon Attribution shows how social and creator traffic converts on Amazon. Buy with Prime on the own D2C shop. Packaging QR codes to routine quizzes, how-to content and salon finders.

Respect marketplace insert and communication rules. No inserts or codes that steer marketplace buyers to buy elsewhere. Buy with Prime is currently a US offering.
